Wildlife Expeditions

This group of on demand programs consists of specially designed themes that are tailored to specific age groups, and each theme is tied to specific Kansas State Science Education Standards. In addition, there are two themes specifically designed for assembly-type programs where multiple age groups are represented.

Each age group, Kindergarten through second grade, third and fourth grades, fifth through eighth grades and high school, all have two pre-designed themes. However, specific themes may be developed on special request at no extra charge as long as a minimum two week advanced notice is provided.

These programs last approximately 45-minutes, and they are offered at a location of a groups’ choosing. This includes at Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure. All programs except for the high school Career Exploration theme are offered at a nominal fee depending on the location of the program.

There are now three ways you can schedule a Wildlife Expedition: complete the online Expedition request form, email, or contact Rolling Hills Education Department directly by calling (785) 827-9488, ext. 117.
